As part of the four-yearly review of modern awards, the ACTU attempted to claim a right of 10 days paid family and domestic violence leave for full-time employees in all modern awards, with 10 days unpaid family and domestic violence leave for casual employees. Ai Group made a number of submissions and appeared at Hearings before the Full Bench of the Fair Work Commission representing employers’ interests and was successful in opposing the ACTU’s claim for paid family and domestic violence leave.

Ai Group has filed further submissions with the Fair Work Commission and is taking a leading role in the case in representing Australian employers’.
