Andrew is a workplace relations expert with more than a decade of legal experience in top-tier law firms, as well as working in-house on secondment. He focuses on providing practical and strategic advice to employers that aligns with their key objectives.

Andrew’s expertise extends across employment, industrial relations, anti-discrimination and safety on matters including: payroll compliance and underpayment remediation; award mapping and classification levels; contracts, policies and procedures; senior executive employment; enterprise bargaining and industrial action; unfair dismissals and general protections disputes; bullying, discrimination and harassment claims; workplace investigations; employee misconduct and performance management; ill and injured workers; labour hire; independent contractor arrangements; organisational restructures and redundancies; and termination of employment.

Andrew has acted for and represented members and clients in conciliations and contested hearings before tribunals and courts including the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court. He has also worked closely with employment and safety regulators including the Fair Work Ombudsman in relation to regulatory investigations and enforcement action.
