Prior to joining Ai Group Workplace Lawyers in 2023, Charlotte worked at LK Law in Adelaide, specialising in international commercial litigation and arbitration, cross-border insolvency and asset recovery, corporate regulatory investigations and risk minimisation and governance advice.

Charlotte developed a keen interest in workplace relations and IR while working as a research assistant to Andrew Stewart — one of Australia’s foremost experts in employment law — at the University of Adelaide.

Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) and a Bachelor of Laws in 2020, she received the EMA Legal Prize for Workplace Law and The Norman Waterhouse Prize for Law of Work.

Charlotte was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2021 and the High Court of Australia in 2022 after completing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
