Deborah has been part of the Workplace Relations team since 2018.

During this time, she has been providing Ai Group members with advice and support in relation to enterprise bargaining, classification and award interpretation and various employment and human resources-related topics including compliance audits, company policies, performance management, termination and redundancy.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Industrial Relations and Human Resources and is studying a Juris Doctor.
