Emma is an experienced employment lawyer who advises clients on all aspects of the employment cycle including wages and entitlements, employment contracts, enterprise bargaining, managing ill and injured employees and workplace investigations.

She has substantial experience in helping to form enterprise agreements, including providing support during bargaining and helping employers draft and lodge agreements in the Fair Work Commission.

Emma also has extensive experience in the workers compensation industry, including representing employers in the South Australian Employment Tribunal.

Emma holds a combined Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Honours) and Bachelor of Behaviour Science (Psychology) from Flinders University.
