Prior to joining Ai Group Workplace Lawyers in 2024, Hayley was a Senior Legal Counsel at a Melbourne firm specialising in banking, finance and property law, debt recovery and litigation.

Before that, she practised commercial litigation, giving concise and pragmatic advice to commercial clients.

Hayley developed a passion for employment law while training and practising in London.

Her experience includes conducting workplace investigations, advising on legislative change, implementing and providing Respect@Work training and dealing with workplace complaints, grievances, disclosures and the impact of unconscious bias in the workplace.

Upon graduating with a Master of Laws and completing her legal training in the fields of commercial litigation, employment law, corporate and commercial law, insolvency, construction and insurance litigation, Hayley was admitted to the roll of England and Wales in 2016 and subsequently admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2020.
