As a former Associate to a Deputy President of the Fair Work Commission, Isleana brings invaluable insight into the Commission’s processes and approaches.

Isleana is aptly placed to advise and represent employers in Commission proceedings, including with respect to enterprise agreements, transferable instruments, unfair dismissal applications, stop order applications and general protections matters.

Isleana also brings years of experience from the Fair Work Ombudsman, where she advised on an array of industrial disputes, complex clauses of Modern Awards, the National Employment Standards, industrial bargaining and more. This experience has given her insight into the FWO’s enforcement strategies and compliance processes.

Isleana understands that each dispute is unique and consistently provides professional, timely advice suited to each member’s workplace dynamic.
She has a bachelor’s degree in law from Macquarie University.
