Jaimi was an adviser on the Ai Group Workplace Advice Line when she became admitted as a lawyer in June 2022 and subsequently joined the Ai Group Workplace Lawyers team.

She is passionate about providing employers with pragmatic and meaningful advice on a broad range of employment/workplace relations issues including award/agreement interpretation, managing ill and injured employees and employment contracts.

Industry experience prior to admission includes Group HR Manager for a transport company and Head of People & Culture for a food and beverage manufacturer.
