Following her genuine passion for employment law, Kaitlyn graduated from University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Laws and Business (Honours). She is motivated to provide the best service to employers, knowing that employees also ultimately benefit when her knowledge and hard work helps to improve a workplace, as is the case with all compliance matters.

Helping members across a range of sectors, Kaitlyn’s expertise includes drafting and reviewing contracts, assisting in workplace investigations and assisting in managing employees during performance reviews. She has substantial experience in assisting in the formulation of enterprise agreements, providing support during bargaining and helping employers draft and lodge agreements.
