Paryssa has been a practising solicitor since 2018.

Prior to joining Ai Group Workplace Lawyers, she was a senior lawyer at the Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO), where she developed her experience and unique insight into advocacy and compliance with the Fair Work Act and the conduct of civil litigations.

Paryssa is well versed in providing advice on a range of issues including award coverage, compliance with statutory notices, litigation strategy, accessorial liability and the interpretation of new legislation.

She is also experienced in conducting routine and complex contested civil penalty litigations in the Federal Circuit and Family Court, Federal Court and High Court.

Paryssa recognises the importance of providing pragmatic and commercial legal advice and is passionate about assisting clients to assess compliance.
