Rosalie is a specialist employment and industrial relations lawyer with private practice, Fair Work Commission (FWC) and government experience.

As a former Associate to an FWC Commissioner, she brings invaluable insight into the Commission’s processes and approaches and experience in representing employers in a range of Commission proceedings.

While in private practice, Rosalie advised employers on matters spanning the whole employment relationship, including post-employment restraints. She also completed a six-month secondment that gave her frontline IR experience including managing complex industrial disputes and consultation processes.

Rosalie worked as a lawyer with the Department of Employment, Skills, Small and Family Business after graduating from the University of Newcastle.
