Leading our Workplace Relations practice in the Hunter Valley & Newcastle region, Shaun has over 15 years’ experience in IR/ER legal, management and policy roles.

He started in IR as a policy adviser in the Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet (Canberra) and spent more than five years in-house as ER Manager & Counsel with Ai Group member companies.

At Ai Group Workplace Lawyers, Shaun has experience in manufacturing, engineering, construction, transport, mining, social and community services, retail and hospitality/fast food.

His specialist areas of employment/IR practice include enterprise agreements, disputes and claims, IR strategy, compliance and risk management, ill and injured workers and diversity and inclusion.
