Virginia is a highly experienced employment lawyer and workplace relations specialist.

She has extensive expertise in advising and representing clients across the full spectrum of employment law, including employee disputes, investigations, dismissals, anti-discrimination, sexual harassment, wage compliance and other workplace-related matters. She also has significant experience in litigious employment law, having represented employers before the Fair Work Commission, various courts, the Equal Opportunity Commission and other tribunals. 

Virginia adopts a results-driven approach, placing great emphasis on providing pragmatic, timely solutions for her clients. 

With a diverse background that spans both the commercial/finance sector and a legal role at Ernst & Young, Virginia has worked on wage compliance and cross-border issues for listed and non-listed domestic and international corporations.
